Mayor Stretch Kontelj OAM has congratulated local technology company Enterprise Monkey, which has been named the Australian winner of the 2026 AI for Good Innovation Factory, earning the opportunity to present its work in Geneva.

New data shows Geelong has hit a record 147,234 local jobs, growing 4.3 per cent annually since 2020.
