We can repair all or parts of your bin if it is damaged or replace if beyond repair.

If you have moved into a new residential property, you can order your new bin.
Stolen or lost bin
If your bin is missing or stolen you can report it now.
Add an additional bin or change your bin size
You can order additional bins or change your bin size if the ones you have are not enough to manage your waste.
Cancel an additional bin
Let us know if you want to cancel your additional bin service or remove your unwanted bin.
Report a bin spill
Let us know if there was a bin spill so we can clean it up.
Tactile bin lid
We can attach tactile symbols that will help you to identify your bins if you are vision impaired.
Book a hard waste or mattress collection
Residential properties have two hard waste and two mattress collections each financial year.
