The following comments can be attributed to City of Greater Geelong CEO Martin Cutter:
After hearing directly from staff and key stakeholders, I decided to evaluate our current processes to ensure they are meeting the needs of staff.
I feel that now is an opportune time to listen, reflect and improve these systems. This will include seeking feedback directly from employees throughout the organisation.
Feedback from staff and stakeholders is already underway – this will be an ongoing process over coming months.
The detailed scope of the review is currently being determined.
I will continue to work collaboratively with employees and the ASU to ensure that we are providing a safe and respectful workplace for all.
The health and safety of City employees is paramount, and we do not tolerate any form of bullying at the City of Greater Geelong.
